Play beginner level badminton with us in Nairobi every Tuesday and discover the thrill of badminton. This session is perfect for those new to the sport. Learn basic strokes, court positioning, and have fun while improving your skills and meeting new people. No experience needed.
Location
What you'll do
- 10 mins - Warm up. Includes dynamic stretches of the full body and light jogging-related exercises.
- 5 mins - Explaining the basic grips of badminton
- 20 mins - Teach the footwork and the patterns as well as correct technique to hit the shuttle
- 25 mins - Use of shuttles to reinforce the techniques taught
- 30 mins - Play matches with the rest of the group, guided by the coaches.
Rules
- Arrive 15 Minutes before the session is due to start
- Respect the coaches and your fellow players
- No meat, alcohol, or smoking allowed within the premises
- Non-marking shoes (avoid black soled shoes)

- Appropriate sportswear
- Racket (optional). If you don't have one, please select the racket option during booking

Rescheduling policy
We understand that plans can change. To help us keep things running smoothly, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to session start time if you need to reschedule, and we will reschedule you, no questions asked. By doing this, you give us a chance to fill your spot and manage class availability effectively. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes within 24 hours of the session start time. If a session is ever cancelled our end, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
