Rescheduling policy
We understand that plans can change. To help us keep things running smoothly, please let us know at least 12 hours prior to session start time if you need to reschedule, and we will reschedule you, no questions asked. By doing this, you give us a chance to fill your spot and manage class availability effectively. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes within 12 hours of the session start time. If a session is ever cancelled our end, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
What happens in case of rain or other unexpected disruptions?
If a session is cancelled due to rain, low turnout, or any other unexpected situation, don’t worry. Your booking will be moved to the next available session of your choice. You won’t lose your spot or your payment, and we’ll always keep you updated in advance.
