This class is designed to help you move better, feel better, and unlock ranges you didn’t think your body had. Through controlled mobility work, deep stretches, and guided progressions, you’ll improve flexibility, joint strength, and overall body control.

We focus on opening up tight areas like hips, hamstrings, and spine, helping you work towards deeper bends, smoother movement.

We understand that plans can change. To help us keep things running smoothly, please let us know at least 12 hours prior to class time if you need to reschedule, and we will reschedule you, no questions asked. By doing this, you give us a chance to fill your spot and manage class availability effectively. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes within 12 hours of the class. If a class is ever cancelled our end, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
