Rescheduling policy
We understand that plans can change. To help us keep things running smoothly, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your booking’s start time if you need to reschedule, and we will reschedule you, no questions asked. By doing this, you give us a chance to fill your spot and manage venue availability effectively. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes within 24 hours of the booking start time. If a booking is ever cancelled on our end, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
What happens in case of rain or other unexpected disruptions?
If a booking is cancelled due to rain or any other unexpected situation, don’t worry. Your booking will be moved to the next available time of your choice. You won’t lose your booking or your payment.
